ISO 14001
The certification of an Environmental Management System in the international market shows that the certified organization adopts practices geared towards minimizing the environmental impacts and the preservation of biodiversity. The implementation of ISO 14001 ensures reduction in emissions. This is because there is a review of the entire production process of the organization, seeking improved performance in line with controls on the use of inputs and non‐renewable resources.

OHSAS 18001

DSA 8000 - Social Responsibility Management System
The SA 8000 corresponds to an international standard that standardizes management systems aimed at social responsibility in favor of satisfactory working conditions. This standard is based both in human rights and in the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO). This certification shows that the organization aims not only to the exploitation of economic and human resources, but also promote social development of its employees.
Brazilian Program of Quality and Productivity of Habitat
The Brazilian Program of Quality and Productivity of Habitat BPQP‐H is an instrument of the Federal Government to organize the construction sector with regard to improving the habitat quality and production modernization.
The BPQP‐H involves a set of actions to conformity assessment services and construction companies, improving the quality of materials, training and retraining of skilled labor, technical standardization, training labs, evaluation of innovative technologies, information consumers and promoting
communication between the sectors involved. This certification aims at increasing competitiveness in the sector, improving the quality of products and services, reducing costs and optimizing the use of public resources.
SISB / POA
Brazilian System of Animal Products Inspection ‐ SISB / POA The competencies to carry out inspections of establishments makers of animal products allowing the marketing of products throughout Brazil.
SIE
State Inspection Service ‐ SIE Aims to inspect, monitor and control hygienic and sanitary aspects of products, as well as register and accredit establishments that sell and carry out production activities, storage and processing of animal products at the state level.
SIF
Brazilian Federal Inspection Service ‐ SIF It is a control system which evaluates the quality of production of food of animal origin. A check is made of the minimum quality requirements for use of products, and at receiving the SIF seal may be marketed throughout the national territory.
Laboratory Tests
Cugnier performs laboratory tests services relying on independent laboratories accredited by INMETRO. To meet the quality requirements, A3Q laboratory, for example, has high‐tech equipment and technicians trained to perform analyzes following regulations: ICUMSA, SAL, RSAL, GAFTA, FOSFA, AOAC, AOCS, ISO, ANEC, among others.
Cugnier is able to provide analysis services performed in accordance with internationally recognized methodologies. Among them, we highlight the grading, physicochemical and microbiological for various products such as: Meat (pork, beef and poultry), Edible oils, Grains and cereals and Sugar.
Municipal Inspection Service ‐ SIM
Controls the quality of products of animal origin at the municipal level, assuring the consumer that these products were produced in satisfactory hygienic and sanitary standards. At the same time, it encourages small businesses and entrepreneurs to come out of hiding, providing consumers with food quality and safety.
Storage Units Certification
It is a system coordinated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), with rules and management procedures for the qualification and enabling storage units, with the objective of security and conservation of agricultural products. This certification attests that an
entity has the expertise to provide this specific service within a standard of quality, meeting the technical requirements established by MAPA. The Warehouse certification strengthens the relationship between the productive sectors and stokers, reducing losses and increasing the credibility and competitiveness of products subject to this storage process.
Consulting for BPF Implementation
A set of measures that should be adopted by the food industry to ensure the sanitary quality and compliance of food products with the technical regulations. The federal health legislation regulates these measures in general, applicable food industry and specific industries that process certain categories of foods.
Consulting to Implement APPCC System
Developed to ensure the production of safe food to consumers' health. This system contributes to greater customer
satisfaction, makes companies more competitive, expands the possibilities to conquest new markets, national and international, as well as providing the reduction of losses of raw materials, packaging and product.
Pre‐Shipment Inspection
The Pre‐Shipment Inspection (PSI) evaluates a particular product for export, considering the needs of both the exporter as the importer.
The PSI scope
It can include various types of controls, then we highlight a few: Quantity, Visual aspects, Packaging, markings and damage, Product quality, Collection of samples, Laboratory analysis, Storage conditions, Temperature control (when applicable), Presence function test (if applicable), Documentation Review, Loading Supervision, Sealing Container.
Transparency
The way a cargo will reach its destination involves directly the commercial relationship between the parties. The PSI service guarantees the quality of exported products, adding reliability, credibility and transparency to the trade relations. This is why, to certify the product quality standards can meet the technical specifications and contractual requirements.
Download Inspection ‐ DI
DI is a service used by both exporters and by importers and refers to the inspections at the time of product unloading on arrival in the destination country. DI aims to verify and guarantee that the downloaded products comply with the information declared at the time of shipment in the country of origin.
The DI Scope
The Download inspection can include verification of: Quantity, Visual aspects, Packaging, markings and damage, Product quality, Samples Collection, Laboratory analysis, Storage conditions, Temperature control (when applicable), Presence function test (if applicable), Documentation Review, Discharging Supervision, Opened Container (sealing review).
DTDI
Door‐to‐Door Inspection consists of a modality that covers both on‐site inspection of origin of goods before shipment (pre‐shipment inspection), as well in the destination country at the time of download. With this type of service it’s possible to provide full assurance of compliance with the qualitative requirements of marketed products, as well as the quantities of products, taking into account international agreements and contracts of each client.
Ships Operations
The Cugnier conducts surveys and inspections of cargo and the shipment tracking of ships in order to establish the conditions of the products being transported issuing certificates as for load conditions before leaving the country. In addition, these certifications can be used in possible claims for loss or damage.
